From your first phone call, text message or online reservation our salon coordinators will consult with you to make sure you are placed with proper stylist for your specific needs. You will receive appointment reminders by text messaging. Should you need to change anything just let us know and we will work to accommodate your needs. You will be greeted upon arrival and informed about the status of your appointment. In the lobby, you will find a complimentary refreshment bar with fresh brewed Starbucks coffee, cold drinks, and snacks. The salon has both private and community styling areas. Our stylists will take you to your area. Your stylist will conduct a full consultation to discuss your styling needs and color preferences. The stylist will encourage guests to interact with them during the consultation so that they understand everything. Most appointments last approximately 1 1/2 hours. All the styling areas have televisions and high speed WIFI available for your entertainment
